The closing concert of TICF23 will be led by resident conductor Jiabao Howleron, with a lineup of nearly 300 people including the Festival Choir, Taipei Philharmonic Chorus, Taipei Philharmonic Youth Choir, Rubiana Conservatory Choir and Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
